Our Impact
We are fortunate in the United States to receive the highest standard of care. The young girls in Guatemala are not as fortunate, so it is our goal to provide care and resources for them that meets our standard of care in the United States.
Our Mission
United Tooth Fairies is on a mission to brighten every young girl’s smile in Guatemala’s underserved community through education, prevention, and treatment of childhood cavities and dental diseases.
Since 2016 your donations have helped
us provide the following:
Yearly x-rays and any additional imaging
Oral Hygiene instructions/homecare
Fluoride Varnish is applied every six months
Any necessary dental treatment, orthodontia, and extractions
Silver Diamine Fluoride is used to arrest untreated dental cavities
All dental materials needed to perform essential treatment
Educational materials and
informational videos for the
students and their families
Home care products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, and fluoride varnish
Transportation for students to receive treatment from UFM

“Hola! Mi nombre es Melany,
I’ve had problems with my teeth since I was very little. The dentists had to operate and place dental crowns on most of my teeth at five years old. They didn’t come off until all my baby teeth fell out and my adult teeth came in.
I attended a school called IMA ( International Medical Assistance), and there I met a group of dental hygienists who provided dental help to the girls at school. They cleaned our teeth along with other things that kept our teeth healthy.
It was during this time that I met Roberta, who would help me with my orthodontic care. She is an extraordinary person and was so kind and sweet to help sponsor my orthodontic treatment. All my thanks go to United Tooth Fairies for helping me achieve a healthy smile.
